Daniel has practiced law since 1992 and joined the firm in 1998. His practice focuses on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions, as well as general corporate, corporate governance and SEC compliance matters. He represents issuers, underwriters and other participants in public and private equity and debt offerings in a broad array of industries, with a particular focus in the real estate, financial services and specialty finance industries. He represents equity and mortgage real estate investment trusts, or REITs, and a variety of other real estate related businesses and specialty finance companies and their sponsors.
