Daniel Walfish is special counsel in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group.

Mr. Walfish’s practice is focused on representing companies and individuals in complex civil litigation, government investigations, and other regulatory matters. Prior to joining Milbank in January 2015, Mr. Walfish spent five years with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division in New York, where, as Senior Counsel, he investigated and litigated a series of complex and high-profile enforcement actions. Mr. Walfish has extensive courtroom experience and a deep understanding of the federal securities laws along with the SEC’s process for enforcing them.
