Dan Lund is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on developing and executing business-centric strategies in all phases of the patent life cycle — including filing, prosecution, licensing and dispute resolution. Dan works with clients to add tangible value to their businesses through patent portfolio management.

Dan helps clients develop worldwide patent portfolios. He has significant experience prosecuting international patent applications before the European Patent Office and has worked with foreign counsel to prosecute patents in numerous jurisdictions including Europe, Japan, China, Mexico and Canada.

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Dan served as senior counsel at Shumaker & Sieffert of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Prior to beginning a career in law, Dan worked in engineering departments at Baker Atlas, Nuclear Management Company at Point Beach Nuclear Power Plant, and Delphi Automotive Systems.
