She has litigated disputes including antitrust, patent infringement, the Americans with Disabilities Act, rights of publicity, false advertising, unfair competition, class action and general business issues.

Ms. Foley’s recent litigation experience includes:

Prosecution of a multi-million-dollar breach of contract, fraud and tortious interference action on behalf of a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer;
Defense of a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer against claims under the Sherman Act arising from a “Schering Plough”-type settlement of patent litigation;
Defense of a consumer products company in six class actions involving false advertising and unfair competition;
Prosecution of claims in a major antitrust action involving a world-wide price-fixing conspiracy; and
Prosecution of claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act on behalf of visually and manually impaired voters, which resulted in a multi-week trial and landmark decision forcing the county to provide accessible voting equipment.
