Darci Madden defends clients against class actions, complex business litigation, and product liability suits. She has represented clients against claims alleging defects in medical devices, suits arising under federal and state antitrust laws and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, consumer fraud actions, and shareholder derivative suits. She has conducted motion and trial practice in multiple state and federal courts across the country. She represents clients from a broad range of industries including medical devices, agribusiness and financial services.

As a member of the firm’s Electronic Discovery Unit, Ms. Madden has lectured on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure relating to disclosure of electronically stored information. She is a past member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and currently serves on the Associate Training Committee. She is also the St. Louis liaison to the Bryan Cave Women’s Forum.

Ms. Madden is an active member of DRI and the DRI Drug and Medical Devices Committee, as well as the Federal Bar Association.
