Darius C. Samerotte

Darius Samerotte focuses his practice on patent litigation matters.

Mr. Samerotte worked as a summer associate for the firm in 2012. During law school, he served as a Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal. He was also a member of the Moot Court Team.

Prior to law school, Mr. Samerotte spent several years working in software and systems engineering. He has expertise in networking, real-time embedded systems, operating systems, compilers, computer architecture, web development, and digital signal processing.
