With a background in real estate, banking, and corporate law, Darren represents institutional purchasers of real estate and mortgage lenders from structuring transactions through closings on sale-leasebacks and a variety of commercial credit facilities.
Darren has extensive experience in sale/leaseback transactions representing a significant public syndicator in more than 50 transactions ranging from acquisitions, net leases, space leases, build-to-suits, lease restructurings, mortgage financings and defeasances throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
