Mr. Darryl R. Marsch has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Wingstop Inc. since July 25, 2016. Mr. Marsch served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. since September 2008 until August 2015 and its Secretary since February 2012 until August 2016. Mr. Marsch served as a Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. from May 2007 to September 2008, Chief Legal Officer since May 2007 and Assistant Secretary since January 2008. He led the Krispy Kreme legal department in an interim capacity. Before to Krispy Kreme, Mr. Marsch served as Senior Counsel at RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company in Winston-Salem, NC from November 1998 to May 2007, where he handled a wide range of legal issues; including commercial litigation, regulatory, merger, transactional, and intellectual property issues. He served as a Litigation and Trade Regulation Attorney with the law firm of Jones Day in Washington, DC. From September 1991 to October 1998, he served as an Associate at the law firm of Jones Day in Washington, D.C. He has 25 years of experience, including extensive domestic and international franchise restaurant experience, to the award-winning wing concept with more than 900 locations worldwide. Mr. Marsch received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Texas.
