Darwin L. Conner is a partner in the Corporate Department of our New York office. Mr. Conner concentrates his practice in corporate finance. His experience includes the representation of title banks, direct-lending hedge funds, financial institutions, and borrowers in various complex, single-lender and syndicated acquisition, cash-based, subscription line, asset-backed, secured, unsecured and second lien financing transactions. He has represented numerous international commercial banks, financial institutions, direct-lending hedge funds, and investment banks. He has also represented various domestic and international corporations as borrowers.

Mr. Conner is active in various diversity initiatives and serves on the firm’s Diversity Committee. Mr. Conner is a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow and currently sits on the LCLD Executive Committee as a Fellows Alumni Conference Committee Co-Chair. He is also a Metropolitan Black Bar Association (MBBA) member.

Mr. Conner formerly worked for the U.S. Embassy's Foreign Commercial Service in Singapore and the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
