Daryll V. Marshall is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He has practiced law since 1999 and focuses his practice on debt financing, including secured and unsecured lending transactions and financial restructurings. Daryll has experience representing clients in the financing of complex leveraged acquisitions, buyouts, senior, mezzanine, bridge, and subordinated facilities and cross border financings. He also has extensive experience with loan workouts and restructurings, including debtor-in-possession and exit financing.

Daryll has represented borrowers and lenders in financing transactions ranging in size from $10 million to several billion dollars. His clients include private equity groups, commercial lending institutions, and public and private companies across a range of industries, including software, communication, apparel, transportation, energy, chemical, technology, healthcare, dentistry, publishing, construction, and manufacturing, including automotive tier one suppliers.
