David Harford practices in the commercial litigation area. Prior to joining the firm, he was a volunteer clerk in the Office of the Attorney General of California. In that office he worked on cases for several state agencies including the Coastal Commission, the Division of Oil and Gas, and the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy. Mr. Harford graduated from Columbia University Law School, where he was an articles editor for the Environmental Law Journal and a Stone Scholar. During law school, he clerked in the predatory lending and litigation department at New Orleans Legal Assistance.
