David Buss advises domestic and international clients on all areas of corporate, partnership and individual taxation.

David has extensive experience in structuring cross-border transactions, investment funds and the international operations of our multi-national clients. He also has represented creditor and equity committees of some of the largest bankrupt corporations and partnerships, rendering advice on the most tax-advantageous ways to restructure debt and equity.

He has provided tax advice on major domestic mergers and acquisitions, including the tax structuring of numerous tax-free and taxable transactions. David has also structured various real estate and securities limited partnerships and has successfully represented clients in federal and state tax controversies, including audits, appeals, litigations and settlements.
