David B. Cook

David Cook, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, specializes in counseling and litigation on behalf of companies involved in maritime and intermodal transportation, including international container carriers and marine terminal operators.

Mr. Cook provides advice on a wide range of legal issues relating to business planning, agreements and disputes, and handles a variety of matters before the federal agencies dealing with maritime and intermodal transportation, including the Federal Maritime Commission, the Surface Transportation Board and the U.S. Maritime Administration, as well as before federal district and appellate courts.
