David Conway is an associate in Venable's Advertising and Marketing Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. Mr. Conway's practice involves assisting clients on a variety of issues, focusing especially on false advertising and unfair competition under federal and state advertising laws. He regularly defends clients in lawsuits brought by consumers, competitors, and regulators in both federal and state courts. Mr. Conway also has experience representing clients in trademark and copyright disputes, as well as before the National Advertising Division and the Federal Trade Commission.
While earning his law degree, Mr. Conway served as judicial intern to the Honorable Diane S. Sykes, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Charles N. Clevert, United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin.
