David F. Dietz

Dave Dietz, a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Business Law Department, focuses primarily on corporate and securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. Mr. Dietz has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions involving both public and private companies, including representing private equity firms in leveraged buyout transactions. He also counsels clients on a variety of corporate finance matters, including IPOs, public debt and equity offerings, venture capital and other private placements of securities, and provides advice in all aspects of corporate governance and securities law compliance.
