David has a diverse corporate transactional practice which encompasses domestic and international business transactions and matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, government contracting, defense and intelligence, and cybersecurity transactional and counseling matters, and complex structuring and restructuring transactions. His clients operate in numerous industries and sectors (including information technology, defense and intelligence, government contracting, health and life sciences, and financial services). David holds an active security clearance, and is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance Cyber Council’s R&D Task Force.
