David Guidry

is an associate with King & Spalding’s global litigation group. His practice focuses on helping clients successfully navigate and resolve complex civil disputes. As part of this, he represents clients in an array of trial and appellate court matters and in arbitration. And he has litigated disputes that involve complex commercial agreements, real estate dealings, commercial torts, like unfair trade practices and trade secret misappropriation, as well as the federal banking, civil racketeering , and securities laws. He has argued cases in federal and state trial court, and at the federal appellate level.

Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Guidry worked in financial services and investment banking after earning his undergraduate degree in Finance. This background and experience allows him to offer particularly effective counsel to clients in the financial services industry, as well as to clients facing government investigations or disputes that involve investments, securities or complex financial products.
