David Bouchard's practice focuses on complex litigation in federal and state courts. He has defended and counseled domestic and international clients in connection with a variety of white-collar criminal investigations, commercial contract disputes, securities lawsuits, and Fair Credit Reporting Act claims. David is experienced in various stages of civil and criminal litigation, with a particular emphasis on pretrial discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation.
David is active in the Atlanta community. He serves on the Leadership Council for The Posse Foundation, a nonprofit college access and youth leadership development organization. He also mentors law school students through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, an organization devoted to creating a diverse legal profession.
