David Kuklewicz is a registered patent attorney and an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation Group.
He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2010. While in law school, David was a member of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy, and received a book award for the highest grade in his Trade Secrets course.
Prior to law school, David spent six years employed in General Electric's (GE) energy division. During his employment with GE, David completed its Edison Engineering Development Program, where he held roles in gas turbine engineering and reliability engineering. He then spent three years as a project manager for multimillion-dollar power plant upgrade projects. David is Green Belt certified in Six Sigma methodologies.
David received his M.S. in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech in 2005, and his B.S. in mechanical engineering with a minor in Spanish, cum laude, from Clemson University in 2001. While at Clemson University, David completed cooperative education assignments at both a large motor manufacturing facility and a nuclear power plant.
