David Perry joined CCS in 2015 and serves as Chief Legal Counsel. He brings years of experience in corporate law. Most recently, David worked as a partner at Holland & Knight, a leading global law firm, as a corporate and securities attorney whose practice focused on corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He worked on numerous financings of significant size, representing organizations in media, food products, transportation, biotechnology, and other industries. He will oversee all legal matters and serve as the primary legal advisor to CCS. A member of the senior leadership team, he will lead and manage legal, compliance, and risk management functions.

David received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his juris doctor’s degree from Yale Law School.
