David Lehn’s practice focuses on government and regulatory litigation, typically at the appellate and Supreme Court stages, as well as on administrative rulemakings. He has represented clients in matters involving, for example, antitrust law, campaign finance regulation, banking regulation, equal protection and due process, government takings, and government contracts.

Mr. Lehn joined the firm in 2014 after serving as an attorney-adviser in the Office of Legal Counsel at the US Department of Justice. During his time there, Mr. Lehn provided legal advice to the White House and executive agencies on a diverse range of legal issues, including cybersecurity, executive privilege and congressional investigations, and the First Amendment.

Before joining OLC, Mr. Lehn was an associate at Cooper & Kirk PLLC in Washington DC, where his practice focused on appellate and Supreme Court litigation.
