David Ragonese represents individuals, corporations and government entities in complex insurance and commercial litigation relating to professional liability defense, civil rights defense, consumer fraud, premises liability, construction defect litigation, general negligence, appellate practice and environmental contamination class action defense.

David handles all phases of civil litigation in State and Federal courts from drafting pleadings, conducting fact and expert discovery, drafting and arguing motions, trial preparation and appeals in the New Jersey Appellate Division and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has a close and detailed familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil and Appellate Procedure, including a working knowledge of the Federal District Court's Electronic Court Filing (ECF) system and a working knowledge of e-discovery including the safe-harbor provision of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, protective orders and claw-back agreements.
