David Satnick has a diverse national litigation practice with an emphasis in litigating complex commercial cases in the areas of banking, commercial finance and creditors' rights, real estate and title insurance, securities litigation and arbitration, entertainment and media, insurance brokerage and technology.

Mr. Satnick represents all of the leading title insurance companies, including Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title, Lawyers Title and Old Republic Title, as well as a number of real estate owners, developers and hoteliers. Mr. Satnick also represents Willis, one of the world's leading insurance brokerage firms, in restrictive covenant and error and omissions disputes. He also represents leading financial institutions, including Citigroup, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and UBS, and has prosecuted and defended claims in federal and state courts throughout the country and in arbitration proceedings before the AAA and FINRA involving claims of unauthorized stock trading, failure to supervise, unsuitability, employment contract and restrictive covenant/trade secret matters.

Mr. Satnick also litigates a wide variety of intellectual property and entertainment matters involving claims for copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition and unfair trade practices.

Drawing on experience as a trial lawyer as an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Satnick serves as lead trial counsel in both jury and non-jury cases throughout the country, including serving as lead counsel in numerous precedent-setting cases.
