David Sachs is a partner with the law firm and focuses in the areas of criminal law, family law and divorce. David attended college at the State University of New York at New Paltz where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. After graduating college David attended Touro Law School located in Long Island, New York where he earned his Juris Doctorate. While attending Touro, David also received several honors including serving as a Notes and Comments Editor with the Touro Law Review.

After graduating from Touro David began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Westchester County District Attorney’s office where he prosecuted countless criminal cases and gained significant trial experience. As a prosecutor David also handled many criminal appeals which were subsequently published.

After leaving the District Attorney’s Office David took his vast experience into private practice and expanded the breadth of his practice into family law and divorce. In his capacity as a family court and divorce attorney David has represented countless individuals with compassion, understanding and zealous advocacy and has achieved noteworthy results. David has also represented criminal clients in a wide array of criminal matters including Murder, Attempted Murder, Rape, Assault, Burglary and Arson to name a few.

David is admitted to practice in all of the courts of the State of New York. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court. David regularly practices in the criminal courts, family courts and Supreme courts of Westchester County, Bronx County, Putnam County, Dutchess County, Rockland County and Queens County.
