David Lesser is a skilled litigator who has experience handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters in federal and state court, including extensive experience with appellate litigation. His practice focuses on financial institutions and their business, commercial disputes and defense of complex class actions. Mr. Lesser has represented a diverse group of clients, including technology companies, in cases involving appellate, securities, antitrust, RICO, FCRA, contract, and tort law, among others. He also provides regulatory counseling to financial institutions, including compliance reviews concerning federal and state consumer financial laws. Mr. Lesser joined the firm in 2003.

Mr. Lesser received his JD from Yale Law School in 2001. Upon graduating from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Rosemary Barkett of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
