Dawud Crooms is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Groups in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.

Dawud's practice is primarily focused on corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance and other corporate matters. He has represented clients in various corporate matters, including equity financings for privately and publicly held companies, reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, stock and asset acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and other securities transactions, and corporate governance regulations. Prior to law school, Dawud was a derivatives risk management analyst with JPMorgan Chase.
