Dayan R. Rosen is a shareholder in Stradling’s corporate law practice.

Mr. Rosen’s practice focuses on debt financing. Mr. Rosen has a broad finance practice with a particular focus on acquisition financings, middle market debt financings, broadly syndicated debt financings, asset based lending and a broad variety of cash flow based debt financings, including first and second lien debt, unitranche financings, mezzanine debt and others.

Prior to joining Stradling, he spent eight years at Latham & Watkins and also was a partner at Los Angeles-based middle market firm Manatt Phelps.
