Deborah Baker-Egozi is a shareholder at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Baker-Egozi focuses her law practice in the area of commercial litigation, with significant emphasis in the areas of business and real estate litigation. Ms. Baker-Egozi has represented public and private companies in a variety of corporate litigation matters, and has represented receivers. She has also successfully represented commercial landlords in connection with lease negotiations and disputes.

Ms. Baker-Egozi has also advised clients on intellectual property matters, including a multi-national retail business with respect to a claim of trademark and copyright infringement. Ms. Baker-Egozi was able to guide her client towards a favorable resolution without litigation.

Ms. Baker-Egozi has obtained her FINRA Series 7, 55, and 63 licenses, and has represented claimants before FINRA arbitration panels and the American Arbitration Association. Ms. Baker-Egozi also has experience litigating jury and non-jury trials and handling appeals in both state and federal courts.
