Don Miller's practice focuses on litigation, especially matters involving entertainment issues. Mr. Miller has successfully litigated a wide range of IP and entertainment issues on behalf of prominent clients in the motion picture, television, music, and book publishing industries, including, for example, accounting, distribution and contract disputes; copyright and credit disputes; anti-piracy issues; and trademark, false advertising, and unfair competition claims.

Mr. Miller has also handled various disputes involving real estate, as well as complex accounting and business issues, legal malpractice, partnership dissolution, post-acquisition earn-out claims, insurance coverage, and section 1983 civil rights litigation.
