Houser received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Washington & Lee University. While there, he served as the editor-in-chief of the Washington and Lee Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Houser graduated from the University of Virginia, with distinction, earning a degree in economics.
Prior to joining Alston & Bird, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Orinda D. Evans, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
