Doug Burnaford is a member of the Finance Department. Mr. Burnaford’s practice focuses on complex financing transactions and other general business and finance matters, including the representation of:
Asset managers, investment advisors, business development companies, CLOs, middle market funds, and other funds and investment vehicles
Borrowers, sponsors, lenders, issuers, placement agents, structuring advisors, and other traditional and non-traditional financial and institutional investors
Financial institutions and national and international corporations
Mr. Burnaford has experience in negotiating and documenting a variety of secured and unsecured financing facilities and has represented clients in fund structuring and financing, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, traditional bank financing, and other structured vehicle financings and asset securitizations.
