Drew Batkin is special counsel in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Tax Group.
Mr. Batkin advises clients in bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, asset financings, including leveraged lease and tax-advantaged financings, and US and non-US securities offerings. He regularly advises large corporations, investment banks, investment funds, debtors and court appointed creditors’ committees.
