Dwayne Antonio Robinson is a second-year associate in our Miami office, advising clients on Litigation, Arbitration and Employment matters with a particular focus on complex commercial litigation and securities enforcement.
Dwayne has extensive experience in bankruptcy-related matters. He is currently involved in no less than three major bankruptcy cases and has litigated at the bankruptcy court, district court, and appeal court level.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Dwayne worked as a clerk on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals for the Hon. Edward Carnes in Montgomery, AL. Dwayne was also formerly a reporter for The Palm Beach Post, covering local government, politics, and later the Florida legislature. Dwayne also previously served as Editor in Chief of both the Florida Law Review and The Independent Florida Alligator, the nation's largest independent, student run newspaper.
