David’s practice includes all facets of employment litigation, including employment contract claims, wrongful discharge claims, privacy claims, various tort based common law claims, harassment claims, and discrimination and retaliation claims brought pursuant to Title VII, the FMLA, the ADA, the ADEA and various other state and local statutes. He has litigated and arbitrated single and multi-plaintiff cases in numerous states and jurisdictions and regularly appears before the Equal Opportunity Commission and various state civil rights agencies. Additionally, David has significant experience litigating the enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and theft of trade secrets claims.
In addition to his litigation practice, David regularly counsels employers on how to comply with various federal and state laws governing the employment relationship, including personnel policies, wage and hour issues, leaves of absence rights, personnel actions, protection of proprietary information, sexual harassment and other workplace investigations, and disability accommodations.
