He has more than 35 years’ experience in all aspects of intellectual property law as counsel to companies exploiting biological, pharmaceutical, chemical and medical technologies, and to their private and public investors. Mr. Pitcher has advised operating companies, venture capital limited partnerships and securities analysts on intellectual property matters, risks and strategies. He has also been involved with domestic and foreign patent portfolio development, technology transfer, patent enforcement litigation, patent defense litigation, IP diligence, freedom to operate risk assessments, patentability assessments and IP valuation efforts.
