Edouard’s practice focuses on middle market M&A transactions, many of which have a private equity component to them. He also represents companies and investors in private equity, venture capital, and angel financings. In addition, he represents public and private companies in domestic and international joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Edouard’s experience includes representation of underwriters and issuers in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, PIPEs, and SPACs. He also assists public company clients with Exchange Act reporting and counsels companies and individual directors with respect to compliance with SEC, NYSE, and NASDAQ governance requirements.

While at Boston College Law School, he served as executive editor of the U.C.C. Reporter-Digest.
