Edward Sikorski concentrates in patent and other intellectual property litigation in Federal District Courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC).

Edward has experience in complex litigation and has been lead technical counsel in cases involving network communications, voice compression, medical devices, sporting goods, electrostatic and inkjet printing technologies, physical material characterization, optical and magnetic recording media, and other assorted computer technologies. He is a former patent examiner at the US Patent and Trademark Office, has experience in post-issuance proceedings and prosecuting patent applications, and has also argued before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
