Edward W. Vogel III

Edward W. Vogel III is a partner in Holland & Knight's Lakeland office. He has been the primary partner responsible for numerous industrial development, city, county, and special district bond issues and has played a key role as bond counsel for the first tax increment bonds issued in Florida. His areas of practice include tax-exempt bond financing, corporate financing and corporate leveraged leasing.
