Eitan Tabak counsels and represents private equity sponsors, funds and their portfolio companies in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings. Mr. Tabak advises public companies, both domestic and foreign, in Securities and Exchange Commission regulatory and compliance matters, U.S. stock exchange listings, and corporate governance. He also represents financial sponsors in connection with their investments in public companies and with related SEC reporting requirements.

Mr. Tabak’s recent work includes representing a private equity fund in connection with its acquisition and sale of various portfolio companies throughout the U.S. and across a wide range of industries, including retail wireless communications, technology, food and beverage services, transportation, and apparel.
