Beth Ferrell has more than 30 years of experience representing government contractors on a wide variety of issues, including performance disputes, claims, regulatory compliance, internal investigations, mandatory disclosures, audit and cost disallowances, organizational conflicts of interest, small business issues, labor/employment requirements, funding issues, and False Claims Act matters. Her practice focuses on performance disputes, contract claims, terminations, and restructures. She has litigated a wide range of disputes, including default terminations, government and contractor claims, bid protests, and prime/subcontractor disputes at the Federal Circuit, the Court of Federal Claims, the Boards of Contract Appeals, the GAO, U.S. District Courts, and in arbitration.

As part of her Privacy & Information Security practice, Beth is experienced in assisting clients mitigate risk associated with cybersecurity incidents. She counsels clients on cybersecurity legislative and regulatory developments, as well as the development of robust cybersecurity compliance programs and incident response plans. She provides comprehensive counseling regarding the myriad cybersecurity requirements included in government contracts to ensure the security of government information, information systems, and the integrity of electronic components.
