Elizabeth A. Sloan is an experienced Chancery Court litigator. She advises on breach of fiduciary duty claims, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, valuation, and other corporate and commercial litigation issues.

She represents clients in both state and federal courts— primarily the Delaware Court of Chancery and the District Court for the District of Delaware. She also handles appeals to the Delaware Supreme Court.

Her clients span the chemical, technology, e-commerce, intellectual property, and consumer financial services industries. In addition to her work on corporate and commercial matters, Ms. Sloan has experience in cybersecurity matters.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Sloan clerked for the Hon. Fred Silverman of the Superior Court of Delaware.
