Elizabeth Weaver's practice focuses on complex business litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience covers discovery and all phases of trial preparation, including factual and legal research, depositions, and motion practice.

Currently, Liz is working on federal securities litigation, including extensive legal and factual investigation for a Fortune 500 company in Mexico, internal corporate investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as well as other issues unique to international business. She is also part of a team that has successfully won a number of individual and class action cases by tax authorities that seek to hold the online travel industry responsible for certain lodging taxes.
