Ely W. Sluder is Of Counsel in Clark Hill’s Personal Legal Services Group. He currently focuses his practice on business, contract, real estate, and intellectual property law. He typically handles client issues such as mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, business entity formations, commercial leases, and general contract drafting and review.

Ely received his law degree from the Arizona State University College of Law in 2003 where he focused his studies on business, internet law, real estate, and intellectual property. He completed the mediation clinic while in law school and has helped mediate many disputes during his career. Prior to attending law school, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Communication with an emphasis on rhetoric and conflict resolution from Arizona State University in 2000. Ely is also a veteran, having served as a Combat Medic in the US Army from 1992-1995. After receiving his law degree, he spent time as General Counsel for an internet company and as General Manager/General Counsel for a licensed real estate brokerage firm before joining Rayndon & Associates, PLC in 2006.
