Emanuel Clark is an associate in the firm's Business group. Manny’s practice is focused in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities matters, and corporate law. He represents clients in a variety of commercial transactions, such as business sales and acquisitions, private offerings of securities, and corporate reorganizations. Manny has diverse experience in term loan and mezzanine financings, both on the borrower's and lender's side, connected with mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing transactions.

Before joining Smith Moore Leatherwood, Manny practiced as a corporate associate with a large New York law firm. He received his law degree from Duke University School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at Davidson College.
