Emilio Ragosa is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Ragosa focuses primarily on securities offerings and regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. He represents both private and public companies, as well as venture capital firms and underwriters, focused on the technology industry (including digital media, fin tech, ecommerce, and healthcare IT) and the life sciences industry (including biotech, medical device, and specialty pharma). Mr. Ragosa has also handled numerous corporate transactions ranging from seed financings, venture financings and private placements to public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he has also handled many cross-border finance and strategic transactions, allowing him to advise a company or investor along the business life cycle.

Mr. Ragosa also has prior capital markets experience. While in law school he worked at the New York Stock Exchange, and prior to law school he was an intern with Merrill Lynch. Mr. Ragosa also has a finance and accounting background from his college and law school education.

Mr. Ragosa is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
