Emily A. Glunz is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Glunz represents and counsels management in a wide range of labor and employment matters, with a particular focus on class action litigation arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Her ERISA background includes class action lawsuits alleging breach of fiduciary duty in connection with employer securities, reporting and disclosure violations, excessive fees, and violations in connection with the modification or termination of retiree benefits.
Ms. Glunz also represents employers in individual matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Illinois Human Rights Act, and related federal and state employment laws.
Ms. Glunz earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School in 2007 and her B.A., summa cum laude and with high distinction, in English from the University of Illinois in 2004.
