Eric Geffner brings deep experience in a wide variety of transactional matters, representing public and private companies, including private equity firms and strategic investors, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments, joint ventures and other general corporate matters. He has represented numerous public and private companies and private equity firms in transactions involving US and non-US companies across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on technology, media and telecommunications.
