Eric Harrison Feiler

Eric’s corporate litigation practice focuses on securities class actions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business torts and commercial contract disputes. He is admitted to Third and Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.

Eric’s recent pro bono activities include successfully arguing before the Supreme Court of Virginia regarding parental responsibility to pay child support after termination of parental rights.
