Eric Moskowitz is a Partner in Morrison Cohen’s Corporate Department. He focuses his transaction-based practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity financings and general corporate matters.

Eric has considerable experience representing private equity and venture capital funds and fund-backed portfolio companies in buyouts, investments and dispositions. He specializes in negotiating complex joint ventures, commercial partnerships, licensing arrangements and other strategic transactions. In addition, Eric advises both companies and investors in private placements and other equity financings. He has advised businesses in a broad range of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, software, technology, media, energy and financial services.

Eric also regularly advises search funds and other independent sponsors in all life cycle phases, from raising initial capital through definitive acquisition and related financings, leading to eventual exit.

Before joining Morrison Cohen, Eric was a partner in the Corporate Advisory practice of McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
