Eric represents borrowers and lenders in connection with all aspects of commercial financing matters. Eric frequently represents borrowers, with an emphasis on public companies and middle-market private equity fund portfolio companies, in connection with leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financing and asset-based financing. He also regularly represents financial institutions in the review and negotiation of credit agreements during the syndication process. Eric has additional experience in loan workouts and restructurings and has represented numerous clients in transactions involving solar facilities and tax credits.
